Took my grand-daughter there, she loves the coffee drinks. I have never been a fan of Starbucks except there hot cocoa and they overpriced in my opinion. Staff have always been nice enough but I don't like the burnt roasted tasting coffee.
The most friendly and knowledgeable staff of any Starbucks. Each beverage is consistent as well. My only complaint would be no mobile ordering but I’m sure it has more to do with Harris Teeter than with the actual Starbucks. If only this Starbucks was located in the parking lot and not inside the actual grocery store that it is I’m sure it would be among the best in the country.

Whoever was the hiring manager deserves a gold star !! I so enjoy the happy employees working the drive thru this morning, refreshing change from the normal drive thru experience at other places
