Disappointing service today. I showed up 10 minutes prior to close, which, yes I get is annoying. However, as a healthcare worker, there arent many healthy food options available and open when I get off shift at 8:45. I was met with rude glare when I entered. I politely asked if they were still open, and was told that they were “pretty much closed”. I didn’t want to upset the clearly irritated workers, so I then left, and they locked the door behind me. Again, I get that showing up close to closing time is annoying, but I too have worked in food services and was always taught that you must stay open and serve the customer until closing hours. And, at the very least, be met with kindness. Will not be returning here.

I’m a big fan of the smoothies and the wraps. The products are great. I’m more concerned with the heat problem. I was in there for roughly 20 minutes, and i left sweating. I can’t imagine how horrible it is for the employees who work there for hours with no air conditioning. As of now, i will not return to this location until the AC problem is resolved

I ordered the mixed berry Greek yogurt bowl it was so nasty. The yogurt taste like it was sour like old yogurt. The manger was very nasty with all the guest I stood in line for 10 minutes while she was in the back on her phone. I will never visit again !!!!

Just purchased a chorizo wrap + spinach (minus tortilla strips) with a Chia Smoothie???Customer service was A1 as well. Definitely will recommend.

The food was excellent, smoothies were devine and lasted a long time staying ice cold. Plus, the service was very fast which was a plus at lunchtime and the order was perfect.
If you like little roaches, this is your spot!! Besides our smoothie being really bald, it took 10 mins to get our order with only one other people in the lobby, no drive thru. I'm very understanding when it comes to wait time but 10 minutes for one smoothie ? Am I missing something here ?

I get the same thing every time I come to a tropical smoothie. Turkey Bacon Ranch on a wrap, I didn’t think to check it today. Got home it’s a sandwich, I called and was told I did not ask for a wrap… lol never going here again. HORRIBLE listening skills.
