All of the good reviews on here seemed too good to be true, but THEY'RE TRUE. I would HIGHLY recommend considering Quarterdeck Apartments for your new home! Steven and Detrick made my application process & tour a breeze! They both were very kind, honest, and understanding people. I had to tour an apartment someone just moved out of, and it was still in excellent condition. The apartments are also pretty spacious compared to the others complexes I toured that day. The Quarterdeck is the best place to live in Greenville! Not even a 10 minute walk to main campus! If you have a dog, they have a great small dog park for your dog/s to play! The pool is amazing and provides great seating at the pool! The employees and property manager are extremely helpful and will answer any and all questions you have! I 100% recommend living here!

Love it! Just started my second lease here, the maintenance and front office are super friendly and are quick to respond to questions! Haven’t had a single issue with bugs in the apartment which was a huge concern having lived in other apartments in Greenville. Definitely recommend to anyone looking around!
