Food was mediocre at best. Drinks were amazing when Catie and Ray were there .. but now it's awful. My dog would not want to go there...Questioning management at this point. Where is the quality?

First off. The majority of the photos and reviews are from the restaurant that was previously in the space. As such, I wouldn't rely on any of the reviews that are more than a couple of months old. Bar and Breakfast. We only partook in the bar and breakfast. The bar service is amazing. The drinks are strong and on point. The beer list is large and local. The prices are reasonable but perhaps inflated a bit for being attached to the Hilton. Vibe. The buildout of the bar area is beautiful. While it is a "hotel bar" it doesn't have that vibe at all. Come here and drink - don't let the adjacent hotel component scare you off.

Had an amazing dinner with the best pours in town! The bartenders and staff are extremely professional and fun to be around! The food was amazing, yet they don't have Balsamic Vinegar. The kitchen staff did an amazing job to come up with a solution so I could eat my salad! What a great place to eat when in town for business!

The experience was very good and the food was very good as well. We did talk with a gentleman about a wider variety of menu items, specials or rotating menus. This would make us return more often. Sounds simple, however, the Caesar salad was the best I have ever had. It was amazing. I could add chicken and have as a meal. The service was impeccable. Glad we got to try and would definitely return. Look forward to seeing this location grow and the new restaurant they are opening as well.
I found this delightful restaurant when researching places to take my mom for Mother's Day and it did not disappoint! Both the service and fare was top notch! I believe the brunch menu was special for the occasion but we had delicious deviled eggs, French toast, chicken and waffles, and a steak and eggs dish that was absolutely out-of-this-world. We will definitely be making it our regular “spot” when visiting Greenville! Thank you, Chef Owens and team!!

Beautiful restaurant. Service seemed inexperienced. Cleared water cups and beverages as soon as we paid bill. Also did not seem knowledgeable about the menu and dressed really casually for such a nice restaurant. Overall food was good, but chicken and waffles portion was small for the price. 3/5 stars because I had such high expectations.
It was a great fine dining experience for Greenville, NC. For starters my husband and I shared the biscuits and wings. The homemade biscuit was the best I've ever had. I had the fish + grits as my entree and he had the meatloaf. I recommend both. Dessert was a delightful julep chocolate cake. What can I say. It was all around amazing. I absolutely love how they've transformed this place. We finished our bottle of wine in front of the fire place. The interior design was well planned. We will be regulars here.

The server was wonderful. It was busy being Valentine's Day but she kept eye contact passing out table. Continued to keep everything moving at a reasonable pace. Only real comment was that it took us a long time to get seated with a reservation.
Eaten here 3 nights in a row. Amazing food, new ownership great staff

Not much on the menu to choose from, and the food was not great for the price. If I ever go back it will only be for the bbq chicken wings. I was expecting some type of birthday celebration, but I guess most restaurants doesn't provide anything like they used to, such as, a dessert or a free shot. For $96.00 plus $20.00 tip(b/c the server was nice) it was a waste of time and money

I was there for a business meeting. The food is made with quality and quantity. I'm not particularly a brussel sprout eater but their roasted brussel sprouts were so well presented that I had to try it and it was really good. Definitely try the spinach and artichoke dip too. Very delicious. There entree glazed chicken looked like it was half a chicken. No exaggerating. It was huge. I got the steak and thoroughly enjoyed it. I rarely give 5 stars but I'm giving them 5.

Thanks for the drive across town when TripAdvisor said you were open for lunch. You suck. And nobody was even polite about it, because it’s 'The Hilton'. Puhleez.
