I love Zaxby's. The food is always fresh and hot. The chicken (sandwiches and tenders) tastes like real chicken and not the overly processed chicken you get at pretty much every other fast food restaurant. Their Zalads are great too and I love the crinkle cut seasoned fries. I'm not a fan of the chicken wings but to be fair, I only tried them once. My bacon ranch fries were delicious! Staff was nice. The salads are delicious as well. I love the REAL chicken that they use. It's just soooo expensive now. They even charge extra for 1 cup of ranch. I can only eat here every so often now.

The parking lot is always ridiculously full from drive thru, it interferes with traffic alot. I placed my order online and set a specific pickup time, they were very busy inside due to a bus of people ended up having to wait a while before even being acknowledged but the food was great.
