My food is usually pretty good depending on the management. I frequent this location a lot. The service would be better if they didn’t have these kids standing outside in ridiculous weather conditions so long that they can’t feel their fingers! It’s unbelievable. I went a couple of nights ago and was blown away by this and didn’t order. I called corporate and made a complaint about this but I see it didn’t help. Take better care of your staff!

They had two other cars pulled ahead because they had to wait on their food order and they continued to take orders and take money and then have others park on the side. If you can't fulfill the orders you have, don't take more.

Last visit there were 4 people outside taking orders and payment and I still had to drive to a parking spot to wait. Today no one was outside, it was 11:15, no one in front of me and we still had to drive forward and waited 10 minutes for our order.

Sat in their bullshit "pull forward" parking space for 30 minutes. Reminded the food runner was my order was three times and was brought other people's orders twice.

We frequently use the drive thru here. The service is usually pretty good. Today, however, was not a good day. We received our order and the drive thru employee looked like she was not having a good day. She was helpful anyway and didn’t even fuss when we asked (again) for a large fry at the window. We left and I thought that I was shorted $20 in change (I had my receipt and only 2 of the 3 $20 bills.). So I went back inside to address this. The drive thru attendant was so loud. Upset. However, she passed me the money through a kinder, calmer young man. I found the other $20 on the floor under my seat as soon as I opened my car door. I was on my way back in to apologize, but she was so loud that I could hear her at my car still fussing. So unprofessional. There was a customer at the window. I went in and gave a sweet smiling girl behind the counter the $20. I rushed off to work and told her to tell that employee, “she can have that.” I hope she gets some sleep or whatever it is she needs. Not cool.

Sent my salad in 2 times for bacon still came with no bacon on it idk who the manger is but they definitely aren’t doing there job won’t be going back to this Zaxby’s very poor service. Why would I wanna pay $10 for a salad to not get what I simply asked for.
