Today May 12 2023 we had a rather large gathering at the Ruby Tuesday in Henderson (Vance County) and I know it was overwhelming and and a bit much however we had a great time.The service was a little bit confusing but our waitress,being 8 months pregnant was on point.I don’t remember her name but she was on top of things!!’ Our bartender was very attentive and accurate.I want to rate their service A ?. Because I have signed up to be a Ruby Rewards member I receive special promotions in my email regularly. My favorite promotion is for the buy one entree, get any other entree of equal or lesser value FREE. What a steal of a deal. Getting a FREE Ruby Tuesday entree is a real treat.With my BOGO promo coupon, I ordered two full-size baby back Ribs. One of the Rib dinners was FREE. The place seemed disorganized. We had to ask to be seated. Our waitress was pleasant and attentive. We had to wait forever for our food, which was good. The waitress apologized, explaining that there was a large crowd (25) ahead of us. But we've had the same experience at another Ruby Tuesday we visit. This one has a good sanitation rating (96.5) which we always check when visiting an eatery for the first time.Parking: Handicap spaces are right in front of the main entrance.
