My husband and I had a very nice time at Appalachian Ridge. We arrived shortly after they opened and since it was a weekday we ended up being the only ones here. It was so beautiful and peaceful out on the patio. They have tons of pretty areas on different levels outside as well as a gorgeous inside bar area. All of the ciders tasted good and the service was good as well. Each time we are in the area we will make this one of our stops.
I'm throwing down the gauntlet here peeps. I really would challange you to find a more pleasant place to wind up the day or maybe even spend the mid day. These are super nice folks serving a fabulous product crafted to the highest standards. The cider here is absolutely fabulous. The venue is an old barn with a large outside seating area overlooking the vineyards and apple orchard. OMG absolutely love this place!!!! Derek was FANTASTIC and actually had me try things I wouldn't have, which led me to more purchases lol. He was a joy and the wines and ciders were AMAZING!!! I definitely recommend this place!!!!
