I'm a huge fan of food trucks and this one won't disappoint! Very good and very authentic food, there's not many places I would tell friends and family about but this was most certainly one of them. I recommend anybody in the area check them out. Support your small business owners!
I was so excited to see an Argentinian food truck! Baires was one of two food trucks while we were visiting Highland Brewing. I just love the partnerships that food trucks and breweries have established. Great for people like me who don't drink, but who are married/hang out with people who like to drink LOL. Gives me something to enjoy while they enjoy their draaaaanks. - Noms - I placed my order and they gave me a pager so that I could go back to our table inside while I waited....read full review

Every choice on their menu is the right choice, making ordering a puzzle every time. The "Gaucho" is the best sandwich I've had in recent memory. Nice people, awesome service.
