Got the ultimate nachos were good and the wings were good. I had the house/daily special which was a ribeye with mash potatoes and veggies. The steak was over cooked and not blackened(supposed to be blackened for the special).
Banquets may not be easy, we were at the end of the line and the chicken was over cooked, hard as a rock and the salmon was tasty but over cooked and for me inedible. Dessert was three trays of cheese cake petit fours on a long expanse of tables and not even elevated or draped.

The food was really tasty and great for presentation, quality, and quantity for the amount paid. The service was also good and attentive.
