We like to try local places when traveling and this place was amazing! I'm a firm believer that bread makes the sandwich and their bread was on point. The club was probably the best i ever had. If i ever travel back to hickory this will definitely be on our list to stop at again.
Best sandwich you can get in Hickory by a long shot. Definitely a local hangout and gem. The people who run this place are good folk too and I always feel happy to support their business.Vegetarian options: Their daily specials include vegetarian options and their full menu also has various vegetarian options.

I'm with a lot of the other reviews. Over priced much....... got the Gumbo. If you're going to serve someone Half of the container maybe put it in a smaller container so the customer doesn't feel jipped. The Gumbo was very flavorful with the right amount of spice. But 1 small scoop of rice..... rice is very inexpensive and they put it in a huge container to make it seem even smaller. $17 for a lunch. Nope
