Fries were cold as soon as I got them from the window. The burger never disappoints! But really? I ordered 4 bobas and 2 ultimate bacon burger combo large. The real issue is. . . Tell me why they gave me stale hard nasty bobas. I know damn well when they saw this in their containers that the boba wasn’t healthy or better yet possible food poisoned! Great food with decent customer service, however the drive-thrus wait time is usually rather slow and tedious and their prices have gotten steep for the amount & quality received.

Went with an overall 4 star rating only because the fries were near ice cold. It was Xmas Day, so I do have to give credit to the staff working. The drive-thru was out in the road, so I walked in to order and was taken care of promptly and back on my way.
