I have a group of friends that gets together for coffee and conversation. Panera is a staple of our visits with, hands down the best deal for daily coffee with the sip club membership. Is there better coffee other places, sure. But that can also cost substantially more money if you go everyday. So, this is a great option. The coffee is good, the service is generally wonderful and that applies to every location I've been to across 4 different states and multiple locations per state....read full review
The desserts are about the best thing on the menu. Staff could definitely use a little training on staff engagement. It's a comfortable place to work but has some limitations.

Normally a good place, but lately has been bad...serving stale pastries, hard bread, and is always a fight to order. They're constantly out of things, half the time you order you can't get what you want because they're out. Only redeaming quality is the soups.
