The food was good and the cashier was nice, but I had to wait over 10 minutes for my food along with 5 other people. Hire more servers or schedule better so you can handle this kind of lunch rush.
Food is quite ok but the cashier was rude. I was scared when ordering. Thankfully another cashier helped out with my order, so at least I did not walk away with unwelcome feeling and order nothing. The customer might not fully understand the promotion, an explanation would help for example. There are other Wendy in Hickory so I wouldn’t recommend this one. And I also won’t return here. Hopefully the service can get better next time for other customers. ?

Sales clerk would not honor double for $2 deal advertised on website. Had to wait for manager who did honor the deal. The restaurant was empty except for me and it still took 15 minutes to get a double, which was apparently pre-cooked and barely warm when I received it. This was an exceptionally poor experience for Wendy's. I will not return to this particular Wendy's location anytime soon.
