If you are in HighPoint and dying for some Baskin-Robbins ice cream do not visit the location on Eastchester Rd. I ordered a 3 scoop butter pecan sundae with strawberry topping whip cream and nuts. I got a cup full of ice cream and ice indicating the ice cream may have been old, freezer burnt or just bad. Great service at the counter. I came in to pick up a few dozen doughnuts for my kids school parties and the employee at the counter was very patient with me and filled my order perfectly. I am very appreciative and so were my kids and their classmates, thank you

Being from Philadelphia, I must say this is the slowest Dunkin service I've ever seen. I spent 20 minutes in the drive thru for a coffee. There was only 2 ppl ahead of me. In-store experience was the same. You can make a pot of coffee and bake donuts faster than this location can l.
