Went in for a to-go order, experience was sub-par. Ordered the BBQ Cuban sandwich. Portion size was fine and the wait was not too long, considering a couple ordered in front of us. But first issue, when I got back to my office to eat, There was no pulled pork or pickle chips that I could see, which is something that is supposed to come on the sandwich. This was our WORST Firehouse experience ever. We eat at FH 2-3 times/month and thankfully this isn’t our home location as we are traveling out of state. The staff were so unprofessional and so slow. We understand Firehouse is naturally a slower spot - it’s not subway fast but the staff that served us on Easter (not sure if it was their ‘B team’ because of the holiday), were slower than molasses - taking over 20 minutes to get our subs when there were only 2 small orders...read full review
