Had family visiting and ordered $60 worth of food online to be picked up. 3 orders had sandwiches all wrong and my sundae looked picked over and way below top, what is going on Freddy's??. I will not be suggesting here ever again or going back since they can't get a pre-ordered items correct. Very disappointed!!....

Went through the drivethru last night and ordered the new Ghirardelli hot chocolate milk shake. The advertisement looked phenomenal. After paying $8…. Yes I said $8. I was super excited to take my first sip. I take a big gulp and all I can taste is the straight up HOT CHOCOLATE POWDER that the blended the vanilla ice cream with. It was beyond the nastiest shake I’ve ever had.

Service was pretty average, the food however was very disappointing. Everything smelled pretty nasty. Nobody in the family passed the food down. $40.00 that could've been well spent any other place. We love Freddy's, but this location even smelled disgusting from the drive thru window. I'll never buy from this location ever again!! Don't waste your time and money, go to a different Freddy's or any other competitor chain.

Best burger in town. Cooked perfectly. Cute fries. Food was very hot and delicious. Staff friendly and helpful. Will eat here again next time I get the chance to come to High Point. I went back today and it's even better than I remembered.

We met friends for impromptu birthday for an 8 year old who loves Freddy’s, just as we do. Great burgers and fries! She was given a birthday balloon and unfortunately it got away from her and ended up in the high ceiling out of reach, she was a sad little girl until two of the staff appeared with a ladder and retrieved her ballon. Great customer service as always at this location. This service was above and beyond.
