We have been to other Marcos in the triad and we really enjoy their pizza. But this location was disappointing. The pizza wasn't cut at all. The breadsticks looked and tasted really weird. And we didn't get the crust topper we ordered online. Disappointing food.
Food and service were great. Ordered just a small cheese pizza to try out since I had a craving and was at the wrong pizza joint and decided to try them since I was there already.Although it is open, looks more like they are going out of business. All the lights were off, no seating since the chairs were on the tables. This order was around 3:00pm, so can’t say they had just opened. Not sure if they are trying to save on the electric bill. We usually order from this particular marco's as it's close to home. They are always accommodating. Recently, we placed an order over the phone and when we went to pick it up, we were told someone accidentally switched off the oven and messed up our order. They remade the pizza and gave us a larger order to make up for the mishap. We enjoyed our pizza.
