Food itself is pretty good. We (four adults) had beef stew, satey grilled chicken pho, saigon crepe, and an appetizer platter. All of them tasty pretty good, especially the beef stew which is very flavorful. It would have been nice if they had warned us about the pho being pretty spicy because we would not have been able to tell from its name (and one of us do not eat more than mild level of spiciness) as pho is typically not hot while satey is more sweet than hot.In terms of service, it was alright. Like I mentioned above, they could have told us or asked us about spiciness. Also, we originally wanted to try curry but were told later it was not available without any explanations. The part that my wife and I really didn't like was that they count our 1-year-old as a person toward the 20% gratuity fee (for a party of 5 even though only four adults are eating). They didn't even serve water or provide utensils for the baby (we would've felt better if they did or at least told us in advance) so it was a bit frustrating that they just count them as a person. I just now noticed that other families who were here seemed to encounter the same issue as well. The atmosphere and environment are okay for a short meal. Nothing particularly good or bad.Honestly, I am confident we would go back pretty soon for another meal if they didn't charge that gratuity fee with a baby who didn't eat and didn't get served. Now, I am a little uncertain if and when we may go again.Kid-friendliness: Not very kid-friendly due to a lack of service while counting them as a person toward the 20% gratuity as mentioned.

We ordered take out dinner from Rice Paper for four of us last night (DoorDash) and none of us really cared for our food unfortunately. We've had plenty of Asian cuisine and we all love it. This was the first time ordering from here (for all of us). Everything last night was very, very bland and just not good. We ended up ordering from another place actually, that's how much we didn't like it. Maybe it was an off night for Rice Paper?

I have been a regular patron of this Vietnamese restaurant ever since it first opened its doors. My native Vietnamese friend confirms that the cuisine is mostly authentic. The menu offers an extensive selection of dishes, and they have recently added even more items to choose from. In my opinion, this is the only decent Vietnamese food available in this part of the Triad. The service has consistently been excellent, and the food quality is always well done. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

The food is good, but the service is absolutely awful. The woman who cooks the food and takes orders has no customer service skills whatsoever and makes you feel like you're bothering her by dining at this restaurant. We even witnessed a couple sit down at a table and she told them that the table was closed and to move somewhere else. They didnt want to move, and she was so nasty about it. Her attitude makes you feel like you're unwelcomed, we wont be back after we have given them many chances. No wonder the restaurant is always empty when we go. Also, check out their last health inspection report.. there are beds and people who sleep in the kitchen? Amongst other things. Very worrisome.

If you love good food and the constant sound of children screaming or watching iPads on full blast, this place is for you. The owners need to understand that just because your kids (yes, the owners children are allowed to run around at will) are loud AF and you tolerate it, that doesn’t means that paying customers automatically feel the same.

I love the sweet and sour beef soup from Rice Paper, I make special trips just to have it. My daughter loves the pho and Thai tea. I would recommend bringing a sweater as it is generally chilly in the building year round. The staff are always pleasant and quick. Definitely give it a try!

Ingredients are high quality. The taste is superb. Best pho around. Crepes are messy, fun, and delicious. Sliders and sandwiches are yummy. And I crave the iced coffee! I'll be feeling happy the rest of the day!!!
Very pleasant.
