We ended up at Sammy G's for the first time in a very long time this past weekend. It was a Saturday evening so I was expecting a wait but luckily we were able to grab a table quickly. Our server was very good and attentive. The restaurant was busy but the wait staff stayed polite, attentive, and kind. The meal starts with these little rolls that hit the spot if you come in hungry. We came here after hearing that they have gluten free crabcakes and were pleasantly surprised to find that not only do they have GF crabcakes, they are able to do many gluten free menu items. We did get the crabcakes which is an item that is very hard to find GF, and they were terrific. We also got the shrimp (not GF) which were just as tasty.
