Staff is unhelpful and unconcerned with service. Broken soda machine that has been broken for months wasn’t mentioned until payment when they said they had to charge for a bottled drink so combo wouldn’t be honored. Order was Wong- wrong bread, wrong condiments. Bad management and terrible service.
Order here pretty consistently as I work right near here. Seeming like the only thing consistent from this particular location however is screwed up sandwiches. Don’t go here if you want your sub toasted, or instructions followed. They rush them through the toasters to “save time”, so you end up with soggy bread. Or you get the, we’re out of bread, or my personal favorite, you can hit baseballs with our bread that was “made fresh” this morning. They will remake your...read full review

Went to this location to get a tuna sub. They didn't have onions, cucumbers or green peppers ? what a disappointment. And I had my mind set on this tuna sub all day. South main Subway would never.
