Waited way too long for food, which would have been on but they arrived with just a piece of overcooked chicken on my plate and a small dish of vegetables that were hot and raw, and no potato. My husband's steak was like shoe leather, his fries looked definitely not fresh and we asked for the potato and a new, edible steak and 25 minutes later after we complained and left, we still didn't get them. Won't be visiting this TR again.

I ordered Togo and I called instead of doing it online because in the past they didn’t give me the cinnamon butter with the bread. So this time when I called I specifically asked for there to be butter with the bread and they said not to worry and they would give me butter. Upon arrival at 8pm when they said it would be ready, it wasn’t actually ready until 8:17 and the entire time we were waiting outside they were wrestling at the window with someone in a bright vest. By the end of the transaction the person in the vest asked us to give them a 5 star review. We started to drive off… and realized they never even gave us butter. So we had to go back and get it and they didn’t even apologize or anything. Just handed over the butter as if it wasn’t an inconvenience or anything. This is my 2nd time getting Togo at this location and I will not be returning. Very disappointed to see this type of service.

Came out for lunch on Easter. Got on wait list for a 2 top. Waited for an hour after being told it would be 20 minutes to get a table. Over half of the parking lot emptied, still no text for my reservation. Walked inside behind some people who just drove up and walked in to watch the host and hostess seat 6 tables off walk ins. I will never come here again.

Great staff and great food. The place gets extremely busy. Their onion is far superior to the other steakhouse that prides itself on the dish.

So I feel that I need to update this post the last three times I’ve been here they have trouble not having any bread . You have to wait till it’s ready The steaks is tough and dry they used to be tender and juicy and the steaks are not cooked to your asking I am a regular here and I don’t know if the management has changed or just the staff but now I’m thinking to look for another place to get my stakes. I left my old review under this so you can see how I use to feel about this place. And I also always give it five stars across-the-board but now I have to change it.Been here many times. I always have a great experience. Service is always good. Great staff and team here always .Management is top notch. They always keep this place running well.I do not recommend going to Texas roadhouse on battleground horrible experience there.Today, our server was honestly yes that’s true. Her name is honestly. She was on point as our server great personality, energetic and we enjoyed her as our server. we will be coming back soon.

I recently moved to thomasville NC, my neice has lived here for almost 3 decades, so we go to eat at for favorite places and yall are one of them. Omg such friendly staff and the food was excellent, our waitress was top notch, this is now my favorite place and I eat almost every meal out. Thank you for hiring only the best people. Went for a birthday, and it took 35min. Before the drink came,the ice melted watery the food my ribs were burned but the sweet potato was perfect. I'm guessing just a bad night. When did the waitress start asking if you were going to leave a tip.
