I placed an order online. Mind you, the app asks what time you are arriving. I get there and my order is not in the little online order box. I see my name and order at the top of the list on the order board, and several people get their food before me. I then go to the cashier to ask about my order and was told that dine in orders take priority. I asked her if something had changed because my order was always ready when I get there. Visited here on a Sunday at lunch time. Drive thru had customers and a few inside. There was an older lady employee bless her heart she made everything right the way she suppose to have done. She didn't waste no time getting people their orders. I've never seen anyone younger do what she had done. She definitely deserved a higher pay!!!

Wendy's should do themselves and the public a service and go ahead and shut down this location. I'm an optimist so I keep going back to this location because it is close to my home but for the last 6 months my optimism has been disappointed. Only once in that time period did they have everything I wished to order. They were typically out of a drink (even regular Coke), an advertised Frosty flavor or some side.
