Generally depends on the time of day you go..can be hit or miss in terms of food qualityBusy location so we will give them a pass from time to time on mishaps, but in the evenings make sure you check your order before you go home.
This is THE slowest Chick-Fil-A in all of Jacksonville. Even the one in the mall moves faster. That's my only complaint. If you have 30 min to kill before you get your meal, then this is the place for you.

Good food friendly people. The cashier was a bit rude as I overheard her talking to team members, but I'm not gonna let her change my view. This is a very thorough Chick Filla. The line moves fast and food is always good.
