The last few times I’ve been to fazolis they have messed up my order. Came back today to try again and Frederick took my order. he was so kind and got everything right! Highly recommend, he definitely changed my mind into coming back more often! I saw a lot of reviews about how great he is and they are all correct. This guy deserves a raise! Wonderful environment and attitude.
I almost choked on all the sauce they gave me for my wings. (Sarcasm, obviously) To be fair, it seems most restaurants I've been to are really nickle-and-diming all the little stuff. Health rating in the 80s.

Frederick is always friendly and gets my order right. Food is hot and tasty! Garlic chicken ravioli is my favorite and I am going to be sad when it’s gone. It does take a moment to get the food so be prepared to wait but it’s worth it!
