Food was hot, fresh, & tasted great. Service not so much. Ordered online was supposed to pick up in the Pizza Portal. Went in to get it after I was alerted but only half my order was actually ready. I had to wait another 20min for the rest of my order. Do now by this time what I did get was now cold. Staff didn't really seem to care.
The place was clean and nice with friendly staff. The night manager was great! However, the deep dish pizza I ordered looked more like a school pizza. Still, I ate it because the ingredients were good lol , blaming it on the time of day. Additionally, two individuals lurking around made everyone nervous.

After an ordering mishap due to the app (not the store), the employees truly went out of their way to help fix the night for me. First time I've grabbed little caesers in years and they were so kind and understanding that it felt like my grandma's kitchen. I couldn't thank them enough!
