Order was 30 minutes late, partly cold, cheese sticks almost burnt, and no topping on cheese sticks or pizza crusts. Disappointed this time but the only store that delivers to our house, so not much choice to use a different one.
I havent had a pizza hut pizza in many many years and was very disappointed. It wasnt cooked enough and the pan pizza was nothing like I remember. Very little toppings and definitely not cooked enough. The dough wasnt cooked all the way through.

Of the ones I’ve been to in town I’ve found this one to be the best quality and most consistent with its product. Their location is kind of tucked away from the main spots of Jacksonville but I think it’s worth going to them. Only gave a 4 star because I think Pizza Hut as a company just doesn’t have the best quality food these days and that part isn’t the fault of this restaurant but the company
