“Me and my husband went here tonight and it was an amazing experience! The waitress Kiera was AMAZING!!! Her personality is OUTSTANDING! All though, for the food we got. I asked for a medium rare burger with no onions , and I saw Kiera write that down so this isn’t her fault….. I got like 4 onions on it and it was RARE RARE. like falling apart rare. But all in all good night!!!“
“Took my fiance & 2 year old son to Longhorn for dinner. Im not a very big guy but I like to EAT! I ordered the Longhorn Steak w/ A Side of Parm Crusted Chicken, Steakhouse Mac, Loaded Potato, & the Fire Roasted Corn not only was the food AAMMAAAZZZIINNNGGG & but our server (Nick) who had little faith in me eating all that delicious food in one sitting was FAAANNNNTASTIC! If you go to Jacksonville Longhorn, I would absolutely Request Nick as your Server! He stayed ontop of the refill drinks which is a big deal for me, He’s very fast on his feet, checks in on you frequently, & doesnt fold under Pressure! Can tell he’s very experienced at what he does. In my Opinion, he should train all of Jacksonville on how to be a great server. He’s Polite, Respectful, & Very Fast. Thank You Nick for being Awesome!“
“I had lunch with my roommate and shared a steak DINNER because they have NO lunch menu...?? So we split a sirloin and two sides and an order of fried mushrooms.The server was very nice when she was at the table. There was ONE check-back. My roommate had to give me her water because my tea was never refilled. I saw our server leave the table and talk at the host stand. I had to flag down another server for the wrong thing that came out, completely our fault. Our server came back to fix the problem immediately. Had to flag down another server later to get Togo boxes. Then another server, he seemed like a manager, for the check. Our server still received 20% because I worked in The Biz for 40 years, but she didn't deserve it.However, the fried mushrooms were hand battered. Not the frozen pre battered ones that you get everywhere. The crispy onions are delicious by themselves or to be out on any food I could put them on. Lol.Logan's has never failed in food and still hasn't.This is my first visit in this State. “First time visiting. Went with a group of friends on a Thursday night around 7pm. Our hostess Sandy was super friendly and helped us pick from the menu. Our food came out on time & freshly prepared. They accept military discounts as well. I recommend and I’ll return!“
