I visited this location a few days ago and I have to take a moment and say that I experienced the best customer service at this Cookout than any other location I have ever visited. Katrina took my order (which was big). She was so kind, pleasant, and patient. For this reason, this is now my favorite Cookout! Also, the food was fresh, neatly prepared and good!
This is one of my favorite fast food restaurants outside of town! The people are so awesome there I love them! I wish we would have one in Richmond Indiana because they are the best that I've ever tasted and I really enjoy their food The people are just great. Their service is awesome!
