I don't really care about going to Wendy's. My husband wanted it. The service is slow and the staff is kinda rude. I was there 30 minutes and there were only 6 people in front of me.
Danielle and her team gave great service. I ordered a iced coffee and was given the wrong size. So I came back around to inquire if it was the right size. It wasn't and Danielle made it right for me with a smile. Everyone makes mistakes. But Danielle and her team corrected it with no attitude or mean faces. Food was correct and fresh ? Thanks Danielle and team! You started my day off right. Keep up the awesome job!

Unfortunately, I had an issue with retrieving my 2nd rewards order from the Wendy's App. Ms Shaunte the morning manager gave me the sandwich. I am very grateful because the sandwich was for my son who had to take meds before school. Usually I make breakfast at home but I had an early appointment so I used my points to get my son and daughter a sandwich. Again, Thank You! For the generous hospitality.
