Zaxby's can be a bit hit or miss for me. While they offer a variety that satisfies my nieces and nephews, who are picky eaters, the inconsistency in service and occasional order errors can be frustrating. On good days, the food and service are great, but there are times when attitudes and mistakes make it a gamble. The diverse sauce options and the appeal to younger family members keep me coming back occasionally, but it's not my top choice in town.

By far one of the worst restaurants I have had the displeasure of stopping at. Staff are lazy and don't seem to care about customer service. Witness drive through orders coming inside with problems entire time was at restaurant. When entering guy stated had been waiting on items over 20 min, I ordered tok 15 min to get food which wasn't even warm at all. While same guy left and still had to come back with maybe 6 drive through customers inside trying get their orders fulfilled....read full review

The ladies at the register and handing out food were beyond friendly! Most friendly and clean restaurant and clean bathrooms and really good food! We had a large gp and they were not rushed or grumpy trying to serve so many. I would give then 10 stars if I could!Parking: We have a large passenger van and a Mini Bus and had ample room to park both in their parking lot.
