Lisa took my order this morning. I was extremely impressed with her sales skill set. She asked if I wanted to add a cinnamon rollOr something else to the order. That increases sales at this location… just her offering. Plus she had a very pleasant happy personality. Every employee needs to learn from her. She would be a great trainer or mentor. Stopped for a couple hamburgers and coke around 7:30 pm on a Friday. Went inside. Dark and gloomy inside the restaurant. No one was at the counter for ordering. Got my order fairly quickly. However, once I left and was a few miles down the road I found out they gave me cheeseburgers instead of the hamburgers that I ordered. But that wasn’t the worst of it. The smell of the hamburgers was almost nauseating. I have nothing to compare the smell too. I took a bite of hamburger anyway and it was like rubber. The worst I have ever had in all my 65 years of life. Health department needs to make a visit. Avoid this place if you can

Great service and my fiance found out one of her cousins work there she has not seen in a while December 9th they gave a hard biscuit that nobody could eat could play baseball with now they will not answer their phone it's like they don't care what the customer

A lot of times they can be so freaking rude, however this morning or visit was actually pleasant for the first time in 2 years in this location the young lady accommodated me by making sure I had fresh hash browns in our sandwiches were made to.

Dead to me.Ordered a 5 piece tender meal. Had to wait about 15mins.While crispy, the chicken was tough & rubbery.The fries didn't even fill the holderWas charged for light ice.The bag was basically thrown at me. No ketchup, no sauces, just get moving.Got to my destination and had 4 mine as well be nuggets instead of 5 chicken fingers.$10 well spent

Hardee's stuff that no other fast food has like chili dogs and hot ham and cheese. They did get rid of onion rings which is very disappointing though.Parking: Way way too many parking spaces, I can't imagine filling up that lot!

My husband and I both got the big breakfast at Hardee's this morning. He went through the drive thru. When we opened the containers his breakfast was fine but mine didn't have the biscuit in it for my biscuit and gravy. This is the second time I've been disappointed because of the biscuits and gravy. They have good biscuits and gravy but last time instead of gravy they put grits in the container instead of gravy. This time no biscuit. I understand they are short staffed but I guess I'll try to get my biscuits and gravy somewhere else from now on.
