Completely rude people and gave themselves a $2 tip cause they put I ate in. Was working late and grabbed a very quick sandwich and didn't notice. I tried to make funny as I'm working hard too. She didn't even respond at all just gave me a nasty look. If I wasn't watching her make my sandwich I wouldn't have bought it. Watch. Manager never answers either if you call the number on receipt. I was not impressed with the customer service of one of the employees here. She was so unpleasant and made me wait without even acknowledging she would be right with me. The Second Lady smiled and was nice but made my sub and I was ready to check out and she just kept making a to go order that the people weren't even there for instead of cashing me out. They also charged me $3.00 for an egg instead of $1.50. Sandwich was decent.

I normally eat Subway in Wilmington. This was my first time in this location. Store was immaculate and clean. Staff greeted me upon entering. I felt like family, not just a customer. Food was great.I'll definitely come back to this location again.
