Looks nice and clean, wasn't busy. I had an online pickup and stood at the counter while two ladies talked. One addressed me after at least a minute and was kinda dismissive. I got my food and she made my drink. First time I've eaten at a fast food store in over 15 years, and I purchased the fish sandwich and water and got prompt service and friendly staff . The sandwich was okay and fries.
Absolutely disappointed and disgusted with the food. One of the whoppers my fiancé and I ordered were completely soggy as shown in the picture. And they knew it was soggy because they had to double wrap the burger! Definitely seemed like they pulled the burger out of the waste bin it smelled very bad. We had to wait in line for a long time as well so we thought our food would be fresh it definitely wasn't! Only giving two stars because they refunded me $10 for the issue. Also...read full review
