Bryan served us on Christmas Eve, he was super friendly (when I know it’s hard working on a major holiday), we give this cookout 11/10 stars due to his service! Other customer service reps could use his training.
The best milkshakes I have ever had. I recommend the blueberry milkshake as the all time favorite. My son loves the banana shake. The chicken strips are not too bad for drive thru chicken and the cheese curds are bomb! My husband and son love the burgers as well.Only reason I scored lower on the service and was that we waited in line forever at the ordering kiosk and the lady asked us a question about my son‘s order. Not reviewing the food, I would not recommend going in the second lane even though it’s advertised. Some may say I was over reacting but when 10 cars in the first lane order and get their food before I’m acknowledged then have to call corporate to get them to take the second lane orders looks bad on them. Would not recommend unless you’re walking up.
