“We got dinner from here earlier in the week which was good. The atmosphere not so good. We returned two days later for dinner again. We tried to use a combo coupon but was told it was not allowed to be used on the chicken bacon ranch foot long. According to the coupon, chicken bacon ranch was not excluded but when we tried to ask the associate to clarify why we couldn't use that coupon; she said because excludes means only those subs listed could be used for that coupon. Obviously, we were quite confused and decided to go elsewhere.“

“Great experience here. Excellent customer service. My order was delivered before I had time to get my drink. Incredible serve time. The Famous Bowl was one of the best ones I’ve had from any KFC. Plus the restaurant was well cleaned and maintained. Actually, the employee was cleaning the tables as I was leaving. Something you don’t see very often at restaurants now that customers are expected to bus their own table. I would highly recommend this KFC.“
“Great place to have some comfort food in Lumberton.There were approximately 760 Bojangles locations in the United States as of September 2021. The chain is known for its great fried chicken, buttery biscuits, and a menu filled with Southern comfort food classics. Whether you're a fan of their famous Cajun-seasoned chicken or their hearty breakfast options, Bojangles offers a satisfying and flavorful dining experience. This particular location is on the south side of Fayetteville road right off I-95. It is a stand-alone building. There is a nice parking lot outside and they have a drive-through option for those visitors that want the convenience. Inside it has a good size seating area with booths around the sides and tables in the middle. You order at the counter and pick up your food when ready. Drinks are from a drink station next to the counter and include two different types of tea and soft drinks. On my recent visit, the inside was very clean, the staff was friendly, and their prices were reasonable. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience that I would recommend to my fellow travelers. So, if you're in Lumberton and are craving Southern-inspired fast food, this Bojangles outlet is likely to hit the spot.“

“We stopped in at this Chikfila located in Lumberton NC when traveling down to South Carolina and on our return trip to Raleigh.We found the service courteous, accurate, and reasonably quick.We had a problem with a few of our nuggets that were more breading than chicken. Without skipping a beat the staff observed what the problem was, and resolved the issue with a new batch.The dining area and restrooms were clean.
