“Every time I grab lunch at this location in Matthews, Pat is running around the restaurant taking care of business! If she isn’t helping tenants with the menu, she’s taking the order at the register. You’ll also find her restocking the drink area, sweeping floors or cleaning the windows. I wish some of my employees were as much of a “go getter” as Pat is!The food is also delicious. I’ve never had a sandwich that I didn’t like. And the crinkle fries are great when I decide to splurge. Great location, can’t recommend it enough!“
“I was at the Jersey Mike’s in Matthews Township Parkway in Matthews, NC, on Thur. Feb.13, 2024 and the line was the longest I have ever seen! There were three people working two on the front line - a young lady and gentleman and another young man in the background and they moved that line so expediently and professionally!! Everything was perfect— they didn’t miss a beat. I just have to say it’s been a while since I have seen that level of customer service, efficiency and professionalism! It was refreshing!! Wish I had gotten their names! But, I will be back!“

“This review is overdue. I used Uber Eats and ordered lunch from this location on Friday, 03-10-23, but it served as dinner too on a long day. I ordered The Chick, which was a scoop of Jalapeño Holly with a side of grape salad, a small Olivia's Old South, a chocolate marshmallow crispy bar, and a slice of key lime pie. Everything was good. I hadn't had the grape salad in years, & it was as great as I'd remembered.I was using a coupon with Uber Eats & I really got a good bang for my buck with this order. While unpictured, I've since entered the restaurant for a takeout order. The staff was pleasant. Even with a short wait, they checked in with me. Looking forward to returning.“
