Firehouse Subs in Monroe has never gotten my order wrong and always delivers a quality product. Very clean, friendly service and good food! Biggest plus is I can have a sub on gluten free bread or the salad. Use their app or call ahead to have quickest service.Parking: There is parking in front and lots more on the backside of the place. Both options have a convenient entrance.Dietary restrictions: They can not guarantee a strict gluten free environment, as for celiac disease, but in general, gluten free is an option for a medium sized sub.
