I have been going to Jade Kitchen for close to 10 years. Everything is always fresh and hot. I don't think I have ever had a complaint, but if I were ever to have one, I know they would fix it right away. They are super friendly, always smiling and happy to help. I definitely recommend you give them a try. You will not be sorry!
Food is always amazing but tonight I found a long hair embedded in my general tao's chicken breading. Totally disgusting to take a bite and pull a piece of hair out and the other end remain in the chicken. They also don't require masks and half of the customers were not wearing one. I also ordered thru door dash for pickup. Said it would be ready in 15 mins. Showed up in 30 mins because of the drive and my order had not even been started. It's a hit or miss at this place. We always call ahead and order our rice was hard and the chicken wasn't cut into smaller pieces like we asked. And their was a hair in the egg roll.
