The employee working at the French frie station was cussing like crazy. Every other word was a cuss word. She was loud and obnoxious and my 2 granddaughters ages 9 & 10 moved away from the counter because even they were shocked from the employee’s comments that seemed directed at another employee.
I ordered like in Christmas week. Online order. I pulled up to window they said “we closed” but I order a lot of food at like 11pm they ain’t make my meal. You need to pull up inside for them to get it done. I still got refund so 2 stars.

I don't know the manager on duty at the time, but 2/28/24 about 4:30 I had possibly the worst service ever at the drive-thru. I had ordered ahead using the mobile app. When I pulled up and provided my order number, the order-taker told me it was not valid. After much back and forth, she said I should just order again.
