Overweight manager forgot something in my order, I had to drive back around to pick it up, the manager then starts cursing saying "am I allowed to make a mistake?" To proceeds to yell at me " get out of my drive thru!"and slams the window shut on me.. I waited there to speak with the other manager about his tone. The inside was so cold. Wearing our coats and still cold. Employee's wearing coats. Unless the temperature is warmer the next time we will not be back! That is the reason our family stopped going to the other Taco Bell.

I get here Friday February 23rd 2024 and the manager of rude I go in and try try to use the bathroom they said no there are unprofessional the food taste like trash and a manager is very mean Miss Kay is her name she's a black lady with blonde hair very rude what a joke, ????????????
