It has been awhile since we have gone to Caruso’s but let me tell you it is still great. We decided to start with the burrata. The tomato was perfectly ripe and the cheese very tender and creamy. We then ordered the figs marinated in Grand Marnier with whipped ricotta. They were so flavorful, tender, and savory not too sweet. This place was perfect to say the least. We went for my birthday and we were lucky to be seated but so worth the anticipation. Highly recommend making a reservation ahead of time. The ambiance and the food were delicious, bread amazing, calamari delicious as well. Amazing is the best word I can think of to accurately describe our experience at Caruso's. The service was beyond excellent and the "main event" was incredible! From the crab cake appetizer, the bread, to the entrees and of course the tiramisu was delicious.It's upscale dining in an unsuspecting place. We'll definitely be back.
