Hi there, Google Gang. It's yo Boi BiggHall. I stopped in for a little late night cheese burger with fries and a double cheese burger. The service, as usual, was great, and the staff were friendly. The food was great ,cooked to order ?, and very yummy. Thank you for a great experience.

I've always liked cookout's product. Their food and value is great. However, their service was an issue for a while there after the pandemic. 100% better after my recent experience. I spoke with a manager named Shane, and he really seems to care about customer experience. He seems to set the atmosphere for his co-workers. I recently went threw the drive threw and asked for no onions on my cheese burger, I didn’t look at my order like everyone else BC we trust that the people will do there jobs. I continued down the road to my sons school where I had lunch with him to only discover that they had put onions on my cheeseburger. After having lunch with him I drove back and asked for a refund.
