There is no other Chinese restaurant that can top Lotus’ Scallion Chicken. We make the drive from Kannapolis on Sundays after church just for the scallion chicken Sunday special. The staff is very friendly and recognizes us even though we come sparingly (although for 30+ years) due to proximity.
Amazing chicken fried rice , I don’t feel like making it at home after tasting this here .And the spice level is adequate.I am waiting to try other dishes hereEarlier had tried General Tao’s chicken and that also was very delicious .Owner and staff are very virtuous and hear to your details carefully and serve accordingly .Kid-friendliness: They are very concerned in the kids order and suggest good options for kids

This restaurant started up when I was fifteen. Forty one years later it is still operated by the same guy and the food has not changed to me. Always great always hot. If for some reason something isn't to your liking they always make an effort to make you happy. Scallion chicken is always a favorite!
