Tonight we ordered Marco’s for delivery. After tracking our order on the link provided in my email, I noticed it said our order was delivered. Sadly it had not. We live in an apartment complex, so I walked around to see if it maybe ended up at a building next to us. No pizza. So I gave the restaurant a call. Both employees I talked to were kind and understanding. They attempted to contact the driver, but were unsuccessful. The manager let me know they would remake our order...read full review

After upsettingly dealing with 3 different agents for GrubHub, Megan, here at Marco's, was an angel. She was sympathetic and made it all work out. Forget GrubHub. Marco's is delivering my pizza now. Thanks Megan for your amazing customer service!

Marcos is hands down the best pizza you can get. The management team are kind hearted and included a free desert brownie for my family and I having a bad day, the last time we ordered.
