Waited 35 minutes for onion rings, soft pretzel, corn dog, large Dr Pepper and large diet Dr Pepper. After 33 minutes someone came out to tell us they are out of all Dr Pepper. Pretzel and onion rings were fresh, corn dog definitely had been sitting around. Rachel was very sweet and tried to make our visit better.
Every time I have come to this sonic, they take almost 30 minutes to bring out an order in the drive through. The food that I order is cold and the place is dirty and not kept clean. Sonic is supposed to be up beat with atmosphere/employees and have fresh food.

It's a good location, my orders are always just right. The problem is that this location is very inconsistent with having mobile orders turned on. What's the benefit in having a mobile account when you can't use it because the location is "not accepting orders at this time" it makes stopping on my way to work a guessing game everyday. Very inconsistent and highly disappointing.
