The pizza is decent. Unfortunately its never crispy regardless of how much we ask for a crispy pie. The garlic knots were always the best, but the last time we ate there they were undercooked and very doughy.I was also forgotten on hold twice before. If im gonna be on hold for more than 10 minutes, its best practice to check in and let us know you'll be back.
We had lunch on Sunday right when they opened. There were a few of us waiting outside the door before it even opened! They were slammed with customers the entire time we were there and handled it very well. The food was delicious and served exactly as we had ordered. I would have given five stars on service, but my order did take quite a while to be served, but my husband got his first and was almost finished by the time mine was ready. I could tell immediately when i walked in there was experience here.We did a to go order for two pizzas and they were not quite done yet, over the phone they said it would be ready at 5:30pm and i was handed two pizzas at literally 5:30. Bang on.I love that they opened the oven and knew how much longer to the tee. Its worth the money here, its good pizza.
