Cashiers are rude and self involved. Pulled up to the outer drive-through, noticed cars moving forward in the opposite lane, so I have decided to back up to go to the other lane. A voice came on and says, can I help you. I placed an order for two large diet drinks, pulled up to the first window, and two young guys were busy talking about things other than work. Its McDonald's, I don't expect a t-bone steak and mashed potatoes, but for cheap fast food (well as cheap as inflation will permit) I had no negative thoughts. I recommend using the app because it seems like less mistakes are made that way. Plus points are nice. The staff was friendly, everything was fresh and clean.

It is not that tough.....but yet screwed up 2 out of the 4 orders. The fries were not done....really sad that Mc ds can't cook fries. The mgr lady was there, I asked for ketchup again, and she walked right by and ignored me....not the 1st time we have had issues here....but, the kids like the play area. Maybe we will just take them there to play and eat somewhere else.!!!!!
