This place is GREAT! My sister and I both love the ice cream. The atmosphere is great and eclectic. My sister especially enjoys cows so this was nostalgic for sure. They have a party room in the back that’s cute for little kids birthday gatherings. They make their ice cream on site. I tried the blue moo ice cream it was delicious. Cow cafe is a must for a down town New Bern experience. There is always a line, though bc they are so popular so be prepared to wait. The selection of ice cream flavors is good and the kids play room area in back is perfect to keep the littles entertained.Parking: Like most of downtown New Bern parking is difficult. Street parking is available. Don’t ever park your car going the opposite direction of the flow of traffic in downtown. You will be ticketed.

Well, my coworker actually bought coffee from next door and it was cold. I accidentally walked into this restaurant and asked for a new cup and, even though we eventually realized that I was in the wrong store, they gave me a nice hot cup of coffee. I insisted on paying, but they were incredibly kind to offer me a free cup. Great place.
