We have ordered delivery, 3 times now. The first time was great. Food was good and we got all the sauces we ordered. The last two times, we paid for spicy garlic sauce.....we didn't get any. The third time I even asked the driver if the sauce was included. She said she made sure it was....it wasn't. We got one regular garlic sauce. The food quality has declined little by little each time. Not sure we will order again. With a 33.3 percent accurate order percentage, I'm not sure...read full review

Easy to place online order. Quick service. Ordered half with green pepper and mushroom. Disappointed on how skimpy the vegetables were. Also very little sauce on pizza. Grandson liked it.Vegetarian options: Ordered mushroom and green pepper. Very skimpy.

I ordered a pizza from the New Bern, NC location on December 31st, 2022. I had to write a review because the delivery was very fast and it was absolutely one of the best Papa John's pizzas I have ever had. I just wanted to take a minute to say that the New Bern, NC crew today was absolutely " on fire ". Keep up the great work because it was very much appreciated today !!!!!!!!!!
